The duration of therapy will depend on your needs as well as the reasons that led you to therapy.
At the end of the first session we will agree on the most appropriate duration for your case.
Short-term therapy may be from 6 to 12 sessions. These sessions are indicated in dealing with specific issues such as anxiety at work or in reducing symptoms such as insomnia or panic attacks.
Long-term therapy can last anywhere from 6 months to several years. These sessions allow you to address in-depth issues. They are most effective in dealing with situations of: depression, phobias, eating disorders, trauma, abuse, self-esteem problems, etc.
